"Overall, everything was perfect. The location was excellent, making it convenient to access shops and other amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the tea and coffee facilities. It would be appreciated if milk could be provided in the refrigerator. The cups supplied were very small—more like toy cups rather than standard tea or coffee cups with saucers. There were also no teaspoons, although wooden stirrers were provided. Also in the family room, it would be helpful to provide a few basic kitchen items such as plates, regular-sized cups, glasses, and cutlery. These small additions would make the room much more convenient for families and guests staying for longer periods. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Nausori Plaza Accommodation to others."
