This property is old, not very clean and heavily over priced. Buffet dinner and breakfast are a very poor firm if service. Check out via a ticket machine must be to most un Japanese and infuriating system we have come across in thirthy years travel in Japan.

Hot drinks were free from a relaxing bar on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a Japanese style. Various different. Vegetables, fish and some fruit with rice, udeon and miso soup. We were even provided a meal voucher for the night when we arrived. Can't speak for the baths as we didn't use them for the night but I'm sure they are lovely as well. If your reading reviews to pick what place to book. Id say go with this one. "
