The hotel staff was wonderful to us. We needed to find a taxi to Kemi for an afternoon flight, and they searched extensively till they found us one. We were dropped at the airport in time to make the flight to Helsinki.

Just take into account that there might not be food service so you have to manage it, from at least a few kilometers away, also the room didn't offer shampoo or hair conditioner in case of taking a shower. Other than that, the room was basic but clean and comfortable."
