The people at the front desk didn’t see that they were older, so they weren’t offered rooms with any kind of assistance bars or anything like that. Ridiculous! Not even ready for travelers yet!

"Moldy pizza in microwave. Very old leftover takeout food beer in fridge. No tv the entire two nights. No lights in bathroom. no curtains. No wash cloths. Filthy dirty vents in every room. No hairdryer. Smoke detector not hooked up. The pool is empty except for some brown nasty water in the very bottom. ..."

"This place was not really modern, but super, super, super clean! The staff was really nice. You may want to ask for more bedding because they are a little short on the pillows and stuff. Not that they were short, it’s just they give you one pillow per person, and that doesn’t work for us at least. Besides that, everybody was so friendly. The place was so clean, it was really cozy! We brought our two dogs with us, and it was awesome. There was a pet deposit, which was non-refundable, which I wish they would’ve told me here on hotels.com, but we paid it. We were there, and we were thankful. Besides that, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend this place!"

"The Hotel itself is ok. Breakfast was good. We noticed a paper note beside the fire alarm pull on our building that stated the fire alarm was not working and if we noticed a fire to call 911. Also, we requested a wheelchair accessible room. We were told that is the room we were given. But the threshold into the room was impossible to enter with a wheelchair unless you could wheelie up and over. Also there was no way to get a wheelchair into the restroom. (Narrow door, normal hotel restroom size) No safety bars even if someone could get in there. I dont know how they can sell it as an accessible room."
