Room was great the check in staff was awful I literally waiting in line to be helped for more then 15 minutes while she was having a conversation at the front desk with a coworker about what they where gonna do the next day. I had to go up to the manger that was a the far end of the hotel at his desk to ask to be helped.

The rooms are clean but the building needs updating. Bed was not comfortable view was mostly of a roof top and windows need cleaning. we got one cup with one coffee pod. Requested one more and it never showed up. This is my 3rd time staying here in the past month. I will try another place for my overnight visits.

Excellent stay. Across the street from Plaza Rio and close to restaurants and convenient stores. Customer service was excellent and stay was pretty comfortable. Definitely my go to for my next trip to Tijuana.

Upon entering the room, I asked if they could please bring me some blankets and pillows. They said yes, that they would bring them to my room in a moment, but I'm still waiting... And they couldn't give me a small bottle of water for free, but they did have some to sell me.
