"Highly recommend! 2 of us stayed in Cabin B! The cabin has everything you need and no cleaning/checkout list before you go. Plenty of room on the dock, and easy access boat ramp into the river - so bring your fishing boat! Even has a nice big fenced in yard/run for your dogs! The setup here is amazing! Unfortunately, unexpected construction unfolded on the property the day of our arrival. We did not get the peace and quiet we came here for during our 2 day stay. However, Walt has been super accommodating and ensured our stay has been exceptional outside of this. This property is a 10/10 and we are already planning our fishing trip with the rest of the family here for next year! If you’re coming to White River-this is definitely the place to be. Tips for your stay: visit the state park just outside of Rivercliff! The Big Spring is so pretty! Hike the Big Bluff and Cutthroat Shoals trails just beyond the amphitheater! Such a beautiful park! Going out to eat? A meal at Gaston’s Restaurant is a must. It lives up to every bit of the hype…. and then some! If you want to kayak/canoe the river- do it as early in the day as possible. After 1:30pm, you will not be able to fight the current from the rapidly rising waters and waves from the boats. The river in the afternoon/evening is a whole different beast than what it is early in the day. If you need a boat, kayak, or canoe- these can be rented through Rivercliffe as well. They have it all here!"
