This is about the 10th time we’ve stayed over the last 8 months. Service has gone from good to pretty bad. We’re IHG members and weren’t offered any amenities, even water upon arrival. The woman who has been there some time was just plain unpleasant. Food replenishment is slow and Luke warm when it showed up. The coffee is about the worst imaginable. We liked the convenience of the location, but we’re done.

Nice, but poor TV reception

The hotel was very nice. We’ve stayed there in the past. However, there were very few TV channels that worked. Most said there was no cable connection. The hotel person on duty wasn’t able to fix it. Disappointing.

Don’t do it

The hotel seemed nice as we arrived. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. We checked into the first room, and there was pet hair everywhere, the shower recently had been used and everything was very dirty, so they moved us to another room and that one also Had mold, pet hair, and bugs everywhere, and was just very dirty feeling overall. We ended up cleaning the room extensively because we have young children and could not leave.
