Upon arriving I received nothing but problems. I was told they didn't have my room ready when I arrived at around 5:30pm although the rooms were supposed to be ready after 4pm. When a room became available, I went to inspect it and the room was not cleaned properly. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, the toilet, bathtub, and shower head were not cleaned. The sheets had not been changed on the bed from previous use and there was trash in the one of the beds as well as hairs, I had to ask the front desk for fresh sheets and was told I would have to find a maid with a cart so I had to hunt one down and change the sheets myself. One of the beds was missing the comforters and they didn't have any extra available. There was no wifi available and trash bags of clothes and sheets in the hallway. The remote was not working for the TV and there was no hot water for a shower. I had to go to a local Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and towels just to feel comfortable in the room.

Very friendly staff at check in. However, I would not stay here ever again. It looked as if there were people actually living in some of the rooms, they were loud, hanging all out on the walkway’s, taking over the pool, there was very strong Marijuana from time to time. Yelling and foul language being used.

We didn’t like anything about this property! Bed sloppily made. Questioned whether sheets had been changed. The entire space needed some TLC. Don’t stay here!!

Everything was fine and we enjoyed the stay. Lots of good eating places near and shopping center is across the street.
