False advertisement! There is NO FREE parking...

Pros: The cleaning lady was very nice and did an excellent job cleaning our room. The lady working the breakfast lounge was very polite.
Cons: The people working at the reception need an attitude adjustment, especially the female one which tried to charge us some other rooms' dinner expense..
Location: It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the hotel to the white tower and the museums near there (Archeological/Byzantine, etc)
When choosing this hotel at travelocity's web site, the main reason for choosing it was the free parking. Thessaloniki is a large, densely populated city with very few parking spots. The first day of our stay I had to purchase municipal parking vouchers at 1.7 euros each per hour. It cost 23 euros just to park the car across the hotel. When I asked the receptionist about the free parking, she looked dumbfounded...
