Come and recharge your batteries in this 4-person gîte, set in a former 18th-century farmhouse built of local stone and adjoining the owner's house. Private 340 m² garden, shared with the owner and separated by a hedge. Terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. The car will be parked in a private shed.
First floor: kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove, laundry/nursery, wc. First floor: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (120 and 90), bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower, separate wc. Bathroom linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Fiber optic internet access (repeater), DVD player. Outdoor games. Gas plancha. Carport with electric socket.
Screened windows.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath set, potty, reducer, stroller.
Heating to be paid on site (on statement).
