SpringHill Suites Savannah Downtown / Historic District
"Overall, this hotel worked for our needs. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. We were able to check in earlier than we thought, and that was extremely nice. The room served our needs. It had a couch, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a desk. The breakfast was fine, standard hotel fare. I enjoyed the coffee. The room was decently clean but not excellent. For example, there is a pedestal sink in the toilet, and behind the sink was not cleaned. The areas reachable by a standard mop were clean. Speaking of the toilet, the bathroom and the toilet were separate. That comes with pros and cons. My biggest issue with this arrangement is the tiny corner sink in the toilet. I didn't like that the toilet and bathroom both had sliding doors. Another issue was the noise from outside. It felt like we didn't have windows to block the noise late Saturday night. I can see myself staying here again, but I also see myself trying out a different place."
