This was a very nice hotel. They were amazing for check in and were able to get us in our room by noon! Thank you! Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Nice area of town and amenities within walking distance. Unfortunately we did have a very uncomfortable experience with 2 gentleman that appeared to be doing maintenance. My 15 yr old son and 10,12, and 14 yr old nieces were swimming in the pool. These employees came into the pool and walked around looked at trash and towels then left. Came back less then 5 minutes later and looked around again and saw there were 2 adults present(my family) and then left again. One of the gentleman then went into the weight room where there is a window in between the weight room and pool and was watching my son and nieces in the pool. It felt very wrong and inappropriate. A family member confronted the individual in the weight room and he instantly became defensive. As a parent I believe that you develop an instinct when a situation seems inappropriate. Myself, my sister, my husband, my mother and my brother in law felt that way. They way they were behaving and what they were doing was absolutely inappropriate. I did not confront the office, it was a Sunday (today). However I will be calling on Monday to speak to an manager. This is strictly a post to warn future patrons, because it is a very nice place to stay but unfortunately 2 employees could make it an unsafe environment.

Nothing lacking, more sheets on the bed but that’s just a preference, great breakfast and service. Excellent location for our family, we will be back!

AC was not efficient, set it to 63 just to feel comfortable on an 87 degree day. Had to bring in our own personal fan to move the air around. Food left in the fridge and coffee pod left in the coffee maker. Bath towels are definitely not full size. Our biggest gripe was the bedding. The bedspread is actually a sheet, over another sheet covering a comforter followed by another flat sheet. I removed it all and got a really nice comforter from the office and we slept very well the following night. Sheets slide around and that many on one bed made for a very rough night. Whoever came up with that i understand as it would be easier to wash and dry but.... The chair in the room is ridiculous, i was looking forward to a little comfort and it was unusable though I suppose it did look nice. Sat in the office chair to watch tv. I listed all the above in the hopes that someone would be able to correct these little details when paying i believe $186 a night....which is quite high. The upside is the restaurant Elements next door and the breakfast is why we will be back....great atmosphere and walkable from hotel. The breakfast was everything we wanted and the coffee was surprisingly good for hotel coffee. The people working the front desk and everyone we encountered were friendly and we will be returning as we have family in Bend and Redmond. The SLEEP INN thought not perfect, it was comfortable and felt safe...food next door was great, and location was perfect. See ya next visit.

Nice stay. Clean bedding, good pillows, plenty of towels and nice soap. We did find a few stray pills by the bed stand and an empty coke bottle that rolled fell on the side too. But was vacuumed very well. Just a fluke.

I loved my recent stay. The staff was great. The room was clean and everything was put together well. Construction can make a difference when walls are painted correctly, bathroom had a nice vanity and shower and room had nice photos on the wall. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Extra nice touch was flavored water in the lobby. Little things make a good experience.
