Friendly staff. A bit unclean though - ants in the bathroom and dust and trash behind nightstand. No bedside outlets for phone charging. We were moved to a cleaner room on the second night. Very accommodating people at front desk.

I reserved double room on-line with two beds. When we got to the room there was one king bed. The lady at the counter argued that I had reserved a single room although my printed reservation clearly read double room. She finally moved us to a different room with two beds and “waived “ the change fee.

I am apologizing for any inconvenience, I did up grade to 2 beds upon requested (sold out weekends), guest came down with the paper to show me the prove that they did booked 2 beds even though I already switched to 2 queen beds prior to guests came down for the room keys.

Hotel needs serious updates, carpet is old, linens and comforter old. Air is sticky. Just didn’t feel clean. No security. Lots of loitering in the parking lot

Property is located further off of main road. Day and Night staff are very courteous and helpful. My room was clean provided the expected room necessities.

Very sad. We don’t like being lied to. After giving my credit card and being charged for my room. I was given these rules. No swimming No jacuzzi and no leaving your pets in hotel room. My Birthday was ruined! Thanks a lot quality inn.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good Birthday celebration with us. It is always our goal to be our guests home away from home and we are sorry to have let you down. Looks like there may have been a miscommunication. Expedia does a wonderful job listing our closures. Unfortunately the closures have been listed on the Pool area since June 28th until November. We understand this frustration and look forward to when we are able to reopen normally. We also understand your frustration regarding the pet policy. The reason many hotels share this policy is due to left behind pets barking and disturbing other guests. We have many dog friendly activities in the valley from dining to wineries and would love to share these with you. We hope you may give us another opportunity to earn back your business.
