The breakfast was very nice and the dining area was very clean. They were very busy and the staff worked very hard to keep up. Love the pancake machine but it ran out of mix and it took a while for them to add so we didn’t get them. The hallway carpet on the 3rd floor looked stained and the small on the hall was not good. The room was clean. We came in late and parking was full so we parked at a restaurant next to the hotel. It was ok for a 1 night stay and the breakfast was a nice addition.

The staff and cleanliness was ok. The toilet and sink had some issues that maintenance had to come repair. The breakfast was mediocre. But the most disappointing thing was their pool / hot tub was closed. Apparently the hotel is under renovations. Which would have been fine had I known before booking. I just feel like they should not have advertised they have a pool / hot tub when it didn’t work and was closed.

The pool doesn't work! All that my kids wanted for our trip was to go swimming and it would of been nice if the hotel would of called us when we booked the trip and told us hey the pool is down. The sign at the desk looked old so it looks like its been a while since the pool stopped working. The rooms are on the older side and the carpet looks old and not very clean. The warm water stopped working when taking a shower. The parking is really bad, you can only park at the front of the hotel because of shipping containers taking up the back of the hotel and the parking is very dark at night.

Pool and tv didn’t work, rude manager

Check in and found out the pool is not working. Got into our room and the tv was inoperable. Called front desk who said they’d drop off a key to another room. They never came and I had to walk down to the lobby in my pajamas to grab the key. Next morning, spoke to the manager about my poor experience and was met with attitude and unwillingness to help. She said I should have looked on holiday inn website for the pool message. Cancelled the remainder of the trip here because it was a horrible experience. Would not recommend
