This Viking Lodge luxury condo is located on the 3rd floor with great views of the high mountains, ski area and the beautiful San Miguel river which is just steps away from the unit.

The condo has a sunny, south facing balcony which is perfectly situated to watch skiers coming down the mountain or to gaze at the beautiful river below and the high San Juan mountains which surround the valley. A perfect place to relax and enjoy some of the beauty the area has to offer. The front porch on the other side of the unit has views of Telluride's iconic Ajax peak as well as numerous 13,000+ ft mountains.

The year round, outdoor, heated pool and jacuzzi is perfect for an afternoon soak or swim after skiing or hiking. The unit also has it's own jacuzzi bath tub for a more private experience.

The condo is also located within walking distance to everything in Telluride, there is also a free shuttle (Galloping Goose) that stops at Viking Lodge about every fifteen minutes and loops around town if you don't feel like walking. The condo is also located on the peaceful river trail that meanders thru town next to the river. There is also a private parking area if you have your own vehicle and elevator access if needed.

There's ski area lift access less than a block away and the gondola is also a short distance. There are hiking/biking trails right out the door including the river trail which you can walk or bike and it takes you through town.

Located just a few steps away from the condo are a few yummy restaurants, a wine shop/liquor and a short distance by foot is town's largest grocery store.

This cozy, comfortable and quiet condo has a king sized bed in the bedroom and a leather couch in the living area which converts to a queen sized sleeper bed. The bedroom and living area both have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. The full sized kitchen has stone countertops and is fully equipped with everything you'll need from cookware/dining ware, to a full sized refrigerator, dish washer, stove/oven and microwave. The comfy living area has a flat screen TV, table for two and views of the jagged 13,000ft San Sophia ridge amongst other high peaks.
