We had to check in via WhatsApp the day before. No lift but stairs were fine. My only criticism is on the day we were due to check out, At 9am I was in the bathroom when I heard a small tapping and then moments later i heard the beeping of the keypad and someone let them self in, my husband heard this too and went into the hall and the door was being shut. My children were still asleep, there is no way to lock the door from the inside to ensure this door can not be opened by someone with the code."
