The staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The luggage holding service was nice so we continued activities after checkout and prior to leaving Chiba. Convenience to convention center was perfect. The many restaurants on property are small and the food was adequate. Eat elsewhere. The bathroom in our room was elevated; you had to step up and into the bathroom. This was not good, as we felt it necessary to sleep with that light on so as not to trip and fall out of the bathroom at night.

I had heard Apa hotels had small rooms but not the size of a broom closet and the bathroom is like the ones in an airplane I guess if you’re by yourself it’s fine but not 2 people on the plus side there’s lots of restaurants and 2 lawsons on property which is very convenient

The building looks cool outside and theres a bus available at 6am that goes to Narita. Skybar is really good. They have a transparent elevator. Rooms are very old, like hospital and it smells like pee. No receptionist to answer you in the morning.

This hotel is beautiful and MASSIVE!! We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience! They offer a super convenient shuttle service to the train station at no cost. The limousine bus to and from Narita and Haneda airport are paid service for affordable. (But the bus schedule ends early, around 6pm I believe, so we didn’t have the opportunity to ride from the airport since our flight arrived later.) The staff were helpful, and always ready with a smile. This property was across the beach, so our kiddos loved that. The only downside was that, the hotel location is quite far from all the attractions we did. Disney, TeamLap, Kidzania, Sakura district, Tokyo tower etc. (They’re all over 1.5 by train) But we were able to still move around because the train station from the hotel is walkable! If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, and don’t mind hopping from one train to another then this will be the right place for you!

This was my first time in the Chiba prefecture and the price for the room was good in my humble opinion. The area was convenient for walking to the mall, and other necessary things if needed. Was planning on going to the beach but I didn’t have enough time. I took a bus limousine and it is a first come first serve from the airport and back. The staff helped and replied effectively given the language barrier and made everything smooth. I also took advantage of the breakfast buffet dining but couldn’t use the other facilities as I was only there for a day. Looking forward to my next stay when I’m in the area again. Thank you.

Best part of the hotel is the location. Right next to Makuhari Messe, and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. There are many restaurants around as well. Extremely convenient if you're here for an event. But the rooms are not that great. I booked a double and it was really small. There was no where to open your luggage without completely blocking the entrance or access to the bed. The lights, faucet, shower were all confusing and unintuitive for some reason. I also don't think the rooms was cleaned that well. The amenities like the public baths were crowded every time I went, so I never tried. But I appreciated the convenience store, currency exchange booth, luggage scale, other small amenities, etc. Overall, 3/5. Worth booking if you have an event at Makuhari Messe and are looking for somewhere convienient to stay, but otherwise, ehh - it's okay.

There are many nice restaurants in the hotel. The views from the upper floors are amazing. The train station is a short 8-15 min walk. It's about a 40-50 min train ride to downtown Tokyo by train. Staff were all very nice. The lobby was beautiful. There are several convenience stores and a drug store in the hotel. McDonald's is about a 15 min walk- close to the train station. Our room was very small. There were no dressers or even a place to put our suitcases. We placed them on the narrow desk and propped them open against the window. It worked for two travelers, but wasn't ideal. There is a small rack next to the door that held 4 hangers and another rack with 4 hooks. The bathroom floor is a step up from the room floor. The bathroom was dated. Overall a very nice experience.
