Our only hang up was that we called to inform staff we would be checking in late due to train delay, but when we got there, it took some time for staff from original tower to come over and help us get checked in. Despite that, the new tower is terrific. We then moved to another nearby hotel because it was the official hotel for a conference we were attending and that hotel was more expensive and terrible compared to this one… we wished we could have stayed at the Premier!

The Most Amazing Hotel

Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional.

We spent our last night here before traveling back to America. It was perfect for an evening of relaxation. They have a very nice lounge with snacks and alcohol. Outlet stores were located right by the hotel. Not a great choice if you want to go back into Tokyo given it is approx 1 hour train ride. The room and bath were the best we experienced the entire trip!
