Staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The carpeting throughout hotel was in need of a cleaning. It seemed dingy and old. There was a musty odor in the hallways and in the room. In fact I asked to be switched to another room and that was the odor was the same. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet on the 4th floor, which helped me to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 10.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel feels a little older and maybe in need of carpet cleaning. The rooms do have an odor and it's probably because of the carpeting. Once I was in the room for awhile, I didn't notice any longer.

Customer service was great. The room and stay were disappointing to say the least. As soon as we entered the room it had a very strong smell. It smelled like mildew. We couldn’t even stay in the room without having chest pains and feeling sick. Absolutely horrible, we ended our stay early.

You need to change

It was good overall, but I think it is a bit out dated, the front desk was friendly. The bed was dirty, you need to wash your sheets better, the pool and the jacuzzi was dirty you need to clean it better, i think that you should make a seperate place for smokers because everything stinks of weed. We think that you should remodle the place and have more staff. The matress you need to change it. It was good overall but you guys need to change alot, thank you very much.

I found this hotel as a second chance. My 1st hotel was not up to par and my family was not comfortable. I checked out after one night. I booked the rest of my vacation here and really was happy with the choice.
