There is nothing more special and important than spending time and creating memories with family. Our family recently enjoyed a baycation(as per my granddaughter) at this property. It is located in a nice neighborhood and local to area attractions. It is family and pet friendly. One evening we accidently locked our dog in the unit. At 10 pm I reached out and within 2 minutes they reached back to give us the important information we needed to access the area. They were receptive to my suggestions to avoid this happening to children or pets of other travelers. Their communication was prompt. There were several items that need future attention. The property maintenance outdoors needs attention. We arrived to find leaves all over and bent screens which did not do the home justice. The lighting is poor. It detracted from all it offered. The yard was fenced for pets, however the yard appears not monitored between all travelers as there was excrement from prior travelers. I felt uncomfortable with letting my pet or grandchildren in the yard. The lanai was screened, but there was rotted wood and broken furniture that needed to be replaced. The pool was wonderful and warm. As a family we spent much time swimming, eating, and laughing. I would recommend the items mentioned be addressed promptly.
