Nice gated community. Two things with our apartment: 1. I was sitting on the porch and noticed TOENAIL clippings out there. Not from us. Never went out there again. And, 2. WIFI was not good and kept dropping. I ended up using my hotspot.

Terrible management company

This is the second time coming to this location. The first time was under different management and a much better experience. This time they insisted I didn’t have a reservation, told me I was lying about how I booked. All along it was actually them that messed up they were referring to my old reservation. The key box codes or door codes were sent out prior to arrival took hours to get into our unit. Then our shower leaked and wasn’t functioning for the first day. It was fixed but the plumber used our towels to clean up and we had no clean towels to shower with. Loved our stay the first time hated our second experience. Won’t be back!

Great comdo for a family

The condo was great for my myself, husband, 2 kids ( who shared a bed) and parents. Lots of room for everyone. The pool was great! The kids didnt want to leave. I was not with my husband at check in but he said it was really difficult. Hopefully in the future it can be clearer. Also i had to call to get clarity on parking, there is parking but it is first come first serve, so you maybe walking quite the distance if you come in late.

Good stay but terrible check in procedure

The condo was great but the check in process is a mess. Takes two days for you to see if they confirm your booking. Three days to get answers to any questions. You book via VRBO, host use a platform called Landing, and then another platform for Keys called Keycafe. I never received any detailed information on where the key box is located. Just a general address to a huge apartment complex. Finally figured out which platform was used to contact the host assigned to this condo. They use some IP phone service so you can only hear every other word. He got me to the key box.Finally arrived at the condo and then had to call again as I had not been provided the digital code to access condo.The stay was great but they need to figure out the check in process so you don’t have to sign in an handle 3 different platform with sign in, codes and phone numbers to become members etc.

Exactly what i wanted

15 mins from airport and 15 from Amelie Arena. House was clean and complex was quite plus comfortable. Any question I had was answered and taken care of within minutes.
