Fast and furious
When I entered the code to the home I was greeted by a small dog and there was someone else already staying in the home. I called the phone number to contact host and got a girl who said she no longer works for the company. She gave me the owners name and phone number. He came to the house and said the woman who rented the guest house must have accidentally went in the wrong house. How does that happen! We had to wait until 8:30 at night for them to get her in the guest house and clean up. I did not sleep good the two nights we were there because all I could hear was engines like there is a race track nearby. I understand that the owners can’t help that but they should make you aware. The owner tried to make things better with tickets to the aquarium. I would rather have a discount on the rate or discount on a future stay. The hot tub had a line of sludge around the tub. They said it was just cleaned and sent me a picture of the service invoice. I think they need a new pool company. Dumping gallons of chlorine in is not the only thing that should be done. Overall it was the worst vacation rental I have had. Amy Crockett
