Front desk lady on Sunday Nov 17th who did my nooncheck in was not at ALL Welcoming. I asked about the condition of the lobby as it's a total disaster and all she said was it's on our web site. She needs to be re trained in her service. Also..had to change rooms for 1000s of black ants...

This hotel treat you like family. They are continuously paying attention to the details. Porn corn, cold water, welcomings, impecable tables and furniture. Front desk are asking you for help, what you need, restaurants options etc. I use this hotel for work reasons and I dont want to move for other options because they take care of the guess very well.

It was...OK...

I generally enjoy Marriott stays. However, this visit was not that great. The room didn't smell like it was freshened up, the shower wasn't clean in my opinion, and there was dirt of some sort in the sheets. I didn't bother to complain because we were only there one night, but I wasn't impressed. The staff was great at check in and the breakfast attendant gets 5 stars. She was very nice and helpful to me (who was struggling with getting breakfast with a toddler in tow).

Convenience

I have used this hotel many times it's convenience to the Moffitt Cancer Center has been very helpful during a very stressful time, I would highly recommend this hotel . .....

This hotel was immaculate

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Very much enjoyed all the amenities. The queen bed was extremely comfortable. The furniture were up-to-date. I enjoyed the hot tub. The location is located in a safe area and close to many restaurants.

Very happy with Fairfield

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. We were originally booked at a hotel adjacent to Fairfield and were not happy with it. I called Fairfield Inn at 7:00 a.m. and explained our situation abd they let us check in immediately. We unloaded our luggage and headed to the theme park. When we arrived back at the room, we noticed there was a problem with the light in the bathroom (not working). Since it was late, maintenance had gone for the day, so they immediately moved us to another room and gave us an additional discount for our problem. The staff at this hotel is excellent, breakfast was standard and constantly being re-stocked. We will stay here again when we go to Tampa, it's close the the highway and not far from Busch Gardens. The beds are soft too!
