Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Villa: 3 bedrooms : Master bedroom with a King bed , double vanity in master bath.,2nd room: one queen bed, 3rd bedroom, queen bed : office space, 2nd shared full bathroom with bathtub, washer and dryer. Beautiful private lanai with outdoor space. Access to 2 swimming pools, gym, basketball and tennis courts, Play ground. All located on a beautiful golf course. Wonderful place to relax and play golf. Something to do for the entire family. All guests must be accounted for at time of booking. $50 fee for each guest over 2.

Comfortable!

Communication was wonderful, pictures don’t do this property justice! The neighborhood was beautiful, the home was well appointed with everything we needed, the lay out provided plenty of privacy, very roomy! The pool was quiet and near by. We were down for a family wedding and our stay was perfect! Would certainly stay here again

Fantastic

Everything was wonderful. It needs more tv’s and not sure if a/c was broke but it wasn’t working other then that the home is very wonderful and I highly recommend.

Very nice….with one exception

Our stay was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped and spacious. It would have been perfect except that 2 days after we left, the owner filed a claim with the renters insurance company that we damaged her garage floor. We pulled the car in and out of the garage maybe 3 times. There is no way we damaged anything, and left the house as we found it. That false claim ruined what would have been a great experience.

Lovely unit but confusing pricing

5 stars out of 5 for owner responsiveness 4 stars for the unit itself 3 stars for the unnecessarily complicated pricing We chose this location for its proximity to family. It is a quiet duplex in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our extended stay and think, with a few improvements, it would be a great rental. Krystyna was always very reachable and responded quickly, both before and during our visit. She knew all the quirks of the appliances and was very accommodating and helpful. The unit has been redone in a modern aesthetic and was very clean. It has a spacious living area, large master suite and comfortable beds. Furnishings are maybe too spartan, though. Common areas don’t have enough seating for everyone. Dining table is bistro-sized and crowded with 4 chairs; remaining guests must eat at the counter. Solid internet signal, but advertised office space was just a small, wobbly table and desk chair. Very dim lighting throughout - advise BYO light bulbs. More outdoor lighting at the front of the house would be helpful. Pricing structure felt more complicated than it needed to be. It’s a whole house rental, but restrictions and up-charges make it awkward. You aren’t supposed to park in the garage and you will be billed a surcharge for each guest after the first 2 people (note this is on top of what VRBO’s reservation calculator adds when you specify 6 guests). All the details are in the listing, so be sure to read carefully and ask questions.
