This was an excellent stay. Just FYI we are a family of five. The location is really good with respect to food and activities. The road in front of the place is a little busy but that’s not very noticeable most of the time. We arrived on a Saturday night and nearby 7th avenue was pretty active and loud - but this place is far enough removed that it’s not a problem. The place was well stocked with everything needed for our one week stay. It could be problematic if fully utilizing the six person capacity with only one bathroom though. The toilet was probably our only area of concern - it is an older model and couldn’t handle flushing much more than a few squares of toilet paper at once. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of bedding available. The decor was great for a Vrbo - it felt more like a friend’s house than a rental unit.The hostess was very helpful when needed. Shortly after booking this stay I was informed by a coworker that Ybor City is an undesirable neighborhood for families with kids. I reached out to the hostess and she ensured us of the safety of the area and the unit. My family ended up loving the location and Ybor City in particular. 7th Ave does get a little raw on weekend nights, but we didn’t take our kids there to be a part of it and this unit is far away enough to not be a problem.I would definitely rent this unit again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to just about any type of renter.

Great location in Ybor!

Fantastic location for walking around Ybor City. No car is needed. The apartment was furnished very nicely. The living room was extremely spacious with a lot of comfortable furniture. The dining room table comfortably fit six people. Very modern and clean throughout! The kitchen is small, but with lovely appliances. I don’t cook much when I’m away, so it was totally fine. The beds were comfortable. Although there’s just one average sized bathroom, there’s a very nice area with a shelf, stool, and mirror in a hallway near the bathroom, where I sat to get ready while others were using the bathroom. Great idea! I loved the place and would return!
