Absolutely an incredible home to rent, we stayed in the winter so did not use the pool or the property itself much aside from the house. The house is clean, well stocked, good WiFi and cozy. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need and some things I would have never expected in a rental like wire racks for baking sheets. There were a lot of deer around that did not seem to be scared of humans much as old as you kept your distance. Hosts were very helpful, easy to communicate with and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend the hosts and this property to anyone that needs a lot of space. Also it is equipped with two washers and dryers that I did. It use but could be very helpful for large groups.

We enjoyed our stay very much. All host communications were timely, detailed and helpful. We had 6 adults, 4 children and two dogs.The house was very comfortable and perfect for everyone - right down to the table that seats a full 10 people! The kids (and adults) had fun playing pool. The kitchen has everything you could need, but you may want to bring dish soap and your own sponge if you have a very big crew and need to wash items between dishwasher loads. Towels are provided, but bring your own wash cloths for the shower. There are plenty of pillows; they are very soft so if you are particular about your pillow, bring your own. Bring your own throw blankets if you like to snuggle on the sofa.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and definitely enough room for everyone. The lake view was beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit to relax around and make s’mores! The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and dishes for easy cooking. Oleg was pleasant to message with prior to and during our visit.

There were 3 full baths and 6 separate bedrooms - perfect for 6 women - we each had the private space we needed. Only drawback was that because we were older, not everyone could make it down to the fire pit. Several locations to play games. Loved the screened in porch. It was spotless - absolutely sparkling clean.

A little dated but very comfortable. Host very communitive and helpful. Beds low but comfortable, kitchen amenities were great as was the BBQ grill. Kayaks are a good shape and lake is nice to paddle on.

We had an amazing time with our family of 14 (ages 11-84). The house was spacious for all of us. We could be all together or have our own space. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage space in each room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The game room was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the lake the most with kayaking, fishing and floating on our tubes. Definitely swimmable once you get past a bit of the grasses. We used the fire pit and even used the community pool. The community is very quiet and relaxing. Oleg was great at communicating. Great time!

Family reunion with my kids and grandkids. There was plenty for everyone. Clean, nicely decorated, great location. Great kitchen for more than one person cooking. Lots of seating at dining table and in living room.

The home was beautifully kept and a majority of daily needs (pots, pans, utensils, appliances) we're available for use. Once checked in, easy access to exit and enter the property. Less than 30 minutes to local activities, restaurants and bars. Host was extremely accessible with any concerns. I would definitely rent again!

Thanksgiving in the Poconos

The house was perfect, perfect, perfect. The kids could play in their own corner of the house, the 20 something’s could do their thing and the “grownups” (I use that term loosely) could play games and catch up on what’s happened since last time we saw one another. When we did gather all together though the dinner room and family room easily fit us all. Oleg responded quickly to all my questions so a quick thank you to him. One final thing….the lake and abundant deer were a pleasant andcrelaxibg site as a well. Highly recommend this great place!

Relaxing vacation, great house

The house, yard, water views and lake access were great. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting by the water. Our small dogs enjoyed our stay. The yard was large enough and the flat area for them to run around on a long lead. The streets are safe to walk dogs around the neighborhood. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great Lake Access

Oleg and his house were great - enjoyed a short stay here to catch up with family and to visit Bushkill Falls which is very near to the house. Especially nice that there are new steps down to the lake with a nice sitting area where we could enjoy the view. (With much of the family over 60 years old, this was greatly appreciated.)
