We arrived early, and was dropping off our luggage to store until check in, but didn’t have to, as they offered to check us in early and also move our luggage’s to our room, which was amazing. They even placed us close to the elevator knowing that we had a few pieces of large luggages. A shout out to Mr. Cheung at reception (Hope I got his name right..) He was friendly and was efficient when checking us in and providing details about our stay (despite the fact that he was “training”)! Thanks for the exceptional service :)

The hotel was very nice, as an airport hotel you expect there will be some aircraft noise, which there was. The downside was the construction going on around the whole precinct. Not the fault of the hotel, but worth noting.

Perfect location for an overnight stay when you have a long layover or a short trip to HK. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless with quality products. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in.

it exceeded my expectation. It is worth the price especially if you add up the Executive lounge which includes the snacks and drinks from 6:30 to midnight plus the dinner and alcoholic drinks from 5:30-8:00pm. They also have free shuttle every 30mins to airport and Tung Chung station where u can shop & eat at City Gate outlet. Breakfast is superb with a lot food & drinks choices. Worth the stay. Highly recommended
