Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
"The property was beautiful. I want to return. A perfect time of year to visit if you’re not a skier. The only ding I can give the property is the television didn’t work in the main living area. Sharing a movie didn’t work out for that reason. I did go to the front desk and was told they would send ..."

"Our room was not cleaned at all other than new sheets. I’m not sure that place was even vacuumed ever and half of everything in the room was broken (lamps, lamp shades, the bed side table) There was lipstick all over the floor and spiderwebs hanging from the kitchenette area. The people staying next ..."

The hot tub was great and was used 2 times a day. One of the burners on the stove didn't work which made it hard when cooking, ..."

Granlibakken Tahoe
"Almost perfect...I was 90 degrees when we got there and only then that we found out the entire building doesn't have AC. Not because it wasn't working, but it was never equipped with one. Having to carry all of our stuff using the stairs since there were no elevators was fine too. That AC is a must!"
