We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Convenience is also key to this property. Directly across the road is the ferry which will take you on the breathtaking route into the Sydney Harbour with ease. Head in for dinner at one of Sydney’s world-famous restaurants or just take a stroll around the city. The choice is yours. If you want to keep it close to home just step outside and enjoy one of the eateries across the road. In the morning stroll across to Thelma and Louise, an iconic Sydney cafe and enjoy brekkie with a serious view.

Neutral Bay is a suburb on the Lower North Shore of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Neutral Bay is around 1.5 kilometres north of the Sydney Central Business District.

Our home is located across the road from Hayes St Wharf, making getting to all that Sydney has to offer a breeze. Our home doesn’t come with a designated car spot, but there is free street parking.

The gorgeous Hayes St Beach is across the road, perfect for easy beach access on Summer days, as well as an array of cafes and restaurants.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW:

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king bed. If you'd like this set up into a king, please inform us a week before check-in.

*The bunk beds are located at the end of the hallway in the study with a partition. You may check the floor plan in the photos for reference.

*We have a portacot and highchair in the home, however, we do not provide linen for the cot. We highly suggest to BYO!

The apartment was nice but for the price I'd expect more i.e. it is very stuffy (hardly any windows you can open as most have no security grills or even flyscreens and it smelt when we arrived). Next to no heating or cooling options. Couch was filthy. We were given only one key for a group of five, no longlife or any other milk on arrival, short on crockery and glasses, broken ironing board. Just little gripes that can easily be fixed and would make for a better stay.

Great for a weekend getaway. Plenty of street parking. The check in process was easy and straight forward. Once inside we found a well maintained unit with just about everything you'd expect. Air conditioning was the only thing we missed but this didn't dampen our stay The proximity of a great coffee shop, general store and indian restaurant along with other nearby eateries was a pleasant surprise 200m from Neutral Bay wharf made getting around Sydney very easy and fun. We would highly recommend this stay and will probably look to staying there again on our next trip to Sydney.
