This is a good establishment with solid basic standards. It is a little dated, but is in the process of renovation. The staff was universally very pleasant and accommodating. It is suitable for someone who wants a good room at a better than average price.

Unfortunately the stay for 2 nights was not great. Some upgrades but wouldn’t book again. Loud A/C in room very damp floors from condensation. No iron, humidifier in hallway on first floor. Parking spaces were limited & surrounding area on back of hotel not cleaned.

I booked the hotel for my son, check in was great, once he got to his room he found that none of the lamps worked and multiple electrical outlets didn’t work. He went and complained at the front desk and they sent a maintenance person up to the room who was unable to fix anything. Never at any point was he offered to be moved to another room. The room also had numerous bugs in it which her took pictures of and sent to me along with pictures and videos of the things not working in the room. Reached out to Expedia about the issues we were having and they were trying to get us a refund. We were advised that if he didn’t feel safe there do to the bugs that we should try and find other accommodations, unfortunately we couldn’t find another room anywheres until the next day so he had to stay there that night and left the next day. He checked out the next day and are now out 3 nights out of the 4 nights that he was booked there. Not happy with the service he received and feel that this warrants a refund of at least the 3 out of the 4 days. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will never book a stay with them ever again. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this place doesn’t deserve a good one.

Noisy place

No attention to details (no tissus, no recycling). We had to keep going to the front desk to reactivate our key cards. Bed was comfortable but the air conditioning made a lot of noise.

Not working equipment, no tech plug ins, worst bed I’ve slept on EVER, the Flinstones called and the town of bedrock wants their bed back. HORRID. The restaurant was closed for a private function ( not the issue) and it was DEAFENING. I e stayed in places all over the world and this was by far the worst place I’ve stayed.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was bad and didn’t drain correctly. We found a cockroach in the bathroom- I told the staff, they weren’t bothered. When I arrived I had to wait between 5-10 minutes for a member of staff to check me in. They were too busy assisting another guess who was complaining about their dirty room.
