We had someone else’s poop in our toilet at check in. I asked to change rooms, the next one had water on the floor and was a smaller room. I asked the front desk to have someone clean the first rooms toilet while we went out, and was told she couldn’t do that, couldn’t even get me cleaner. I went out to buy bleach and paper towel to clean the bathroom myself, where I found lots of mold all around. I can get over a few issues, something left behind by the housekeepers, what I can’t get over is how rude and unhelpful the staff were at resolving the issue.

Wouldn’t consider staying here again. The bathroom has enough hair in it to make a wig, room was ice cold upon arrival 14 degrees… arrived really late due to our flight be delayed so needed over an hour for the room to even warm up close to what the hallway was at.

Restaurant only open until 2 but check in is 3, no mention of that when booking. Tv in room got only 9 or 10 channels, everything else blacked out because not subscribed to, no local channels, wasn’t a huge deal, but annoying. Walls are thin. Worst Radisson I have stayed in.

Not Living Up to Expectations

The room was not cleaned well upon check in. Boot prints were all over the floor as well as some substance stuck on the bathroom vanity. The room wasn’t cleaned, garbage cans emptied and the towels weren’t exchanged. I asked the front desk for fresh towels as I had already used the original towels twice post workout. The room was cleaned after my second night but what I didn’t notice immediately was the shower curtain was removed from the room. I couldn’t get a shower the next day and I had to get going that morning quickly. I’m not sure if the reason for less service is because I booked with Hotels.com. You save money on the room but the cut back on service to make up for their discount.

Good beds mostly clean just 2 long hairs in the tub. Tv didn’t work walked in it was freezing in the room it was set at 60. Desk clerk came and fixed Tv all good after that.
