Well where do we start, Walked in main lobby and smell of mold. Room was on bottom floor and musty,mold smell was bad. Lighting in the room was horrible. Not a pleasant stay at all. Won’t be returning. Pay the extra for another hotel

I had a great stay, I was here for a month figuring out where i was going to live as i just moved here. The staff we're the most accomodating and friendly people I've ever met, definitely the highlight of the stay. Room service everyday, the rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was also great. Thanks hearthstone inn!

So, first of all I am not so happy with the stay, since the debit machine is not working, staff ask for credit card, which I don’t have an available one at the moment. So they ask me to pay 200 dollar security as cash if I want to use the debit card and they don’t have an atm machine near to withdraw cash. The hotel don’t even provide a bottle of water and ask me to take water from the water storage at front, if I have a spare bottle to collect water. I am not even sure the water is filtered or just taken out from a tap. I am not gonna book anymore stays over there.

Close to downtown Sydney. The room was good. Mini fridge in the room did not work otherwise was a nice cozy stay. Room had an electric fireplace which was nice and gave off heat.

The room flooring was in poor condition, and dirty. There was no hot water. The light bulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. Half the hotel is closed for renovations. I could hear other guests in their rooms. The restaurant and bar were closed on Saturday night. They were closed Friday night as well for a private party. The air ventilation is old. Lighting in the room was poor. The bed was comfortable, but squeaky. I paid way too much for 2 nights, when all I needed was a bed and shower.
