"Convenient location for walking to restaurants, coffee, sweet spots, bars, fireworks on Thursday nights during the summer. Nice to have a per night rental option. First floor rooms do not have a clear view of the ocean. The property is old and has a musty smell. Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as we had hoped. Beds were comfortable! "

"This was a perfect family getaway and our first time to Carolina Beach! Wonderful location with walking distance to the Boardwalk. Spacious suite with ocean views, delicious breakfast buffet. The bartender at the Tiki Bar made a drink for me that wasn’t on the menu and it was a real treat! Fireworks on the beach on our last night was the best ending. Thank you!"

"The room was clean I had more than enough towels and wash cloths. The bed slept wonderful and firm mattrrsss. I loved the check in process the most and didn’t have to worry about a key I like the code process! I will be back this was a solo trip and it gave me a peace of mind and very safe close to stores and restaurants. Parking was a little tight but no issues"

"It is an older motel. But it was clean, ocean view, not a long walk to beach very convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly. It does not have all the electronic hook ups like some of the more modern hotels but the electric outlets work just fine if you bring your adapters. It was a short trip but relaxing. I plan to stay here again."
