"Really enjoyed our room on the 5th floor. Had a great view and the balcony was a good size. Room was clean and well appointed. I did bring my own coffee pot since they only give you one caffeinated coffee pillow. There are only two elevators and one was out the whole time which made for for a total backup of people trying to get to their floors, especially in the mornings when people were trying to leave. I know that elevator has been out for at least 2 weeks before we got there because my cousin and her family were there then. Very inconvenient because there was such a long wait and if you were able to get on the elevator it was really packed with people and carry-ons."
