We had a lovely stay at Sand Dunes Motel as usual! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would have appreciated fresh towels and toilet paper during our stay, but other than that everything was excellent. We always enjoy staying here and will definitely be returning again next year!

Enjoyed the convenience of the private beach access and the pool. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Parking was a little tight so if you have a large vehicle be prepared. We will definitely return.

Location - stellar! Staff - excellent! Views - unbeatable! Cockroaches - unwelcome! Bathroom - bare! We could have done without the cockroaches, but definitely could use a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom. Maybe an extra hook or something too? The lanai space is nice to have, beautiful views, but the a/c was blowing right on us, turning up the heat a few degrees. Loved having the pool, but it needs some serious attention. Our stay in general was great! We loved the accessibility to both Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher and everywhere in between. We also utilized the patio space next door for outside dinners and evening drinks. The staff were great and helpful. Would stay here again!

My oceanfront view was amazing with quick easy access to the beach. The pier was a very short walk away and always love hanging withbthe fisherman. The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The staff were so very friendly and amwats willing to assist!

The view was incredible and the close beach access was wonderful. I loved the online check in and door codes so we could get right down to vacation and no key to lose! The renovations are nice and the beds were cozy. It’s so close to everything in Kure beach.

Amazing location. We were surprised to have a kitchen in our room. Great view of the ocean from our balcony and quick walk to great restaurants in Kure Beach. Would stay here again.
