Great bar and restaurant downstairs. When you factor in the Credit Union Place pool, hottub, steam room and sauna which is included in the price, this hotel is hard to beat for Summerside.

Modern hotel, lovely breakfast, great staff. Access to swimming pool, sauna. Great location. Comfortable beds. Cons- shower head in room 215 should be changed. Adjusted the jet to it wouldn't be so powerful. Once I got out of the shower, all of my fresh clothes on the toilet seat was soaked because the shower head created a mist over the shower curtain. Not a lot of closed storage space.

I like that the hotel is walking distance to the water and beautiful boardwalk. It is also very convenient to have direct access to the sports complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property was exactly what I wanted. Clean, close to the rink, has access to an amazing gym and pool. I enjoyed my time there. Paula at check in was extremely informative and helpful. All the staff were friendly and great at their jobs. Also the breakfast was enjoyed by all.

Great location. Attached to the Credit union place which is nice and allows you to get to the rink, pool, bowling and gym while staying inside. Don’t like that the website didn’t express clearly that the pool is a public pool. When it says open daily there are exceptions for holidays since it’s a public pool and not a hotel pool. I feel there’s been enough feedback on this in reviews that the website should be changed. I don’t think I’d want to stay if the place was full or any sort of sporting event going on that I wasn’t a part of. If you’re there for a swim meet, figure skating comp or hockey tournament then this would be the best place. The breakfast area is small and congested so to add more people would not be pleasant I wouldn’t think. Overall though I did enjoy my stay, had fun but won’t likely stay there again.
