Our room was above the entrance to the east building. The entance area ground was covered with cigarette butts. The smoke from the cigarette smokers was sucked into our room through the air conditioner leaving a very unpleasant smell in our room.

There was an unbearably strong bleach smell even though the room was not properly cleaned (a lot of stains and tub was yellow). This hotel has no parking available to customers who paid $290+ a night. The elevator was broken. I was never so disappointed in a hotel. I felt scammed out of my money. I booked 2 nights but I left after the first night.

Just checked in and got the room on the 4th floor. Property elevator is not working so had to haul the luggage all the way to the 4 Th floor. Other Staff watched and didn't help. Room was basic and clean. Good thing was that it was spacious. Due to labor day weekend, there was shortage of hotels in the area - otherwise this hotel would not be thenfiest choice.

What to say about this property? Renovations are being done or have been done. Workmanship is not the best. Our room was clean and updated except for the bathtub. Grout was in poor condition, tub had rust. Couldn't have a bath in it, only a shower as the connection was broken and the tub stopper did not work. In the end the water in the tub/shower was tepid at best, but the sink was fine. Elevator was out, hallway was dirty with what looked like construction debris. Looks like the owners are trying to update but are missing the mark. Breakfast was good but cutlery was the cheapest flimiest plastic possible. Area around parking lot was not inviting - a run down low income apartment and a horrible looking restaurant did not make the area appealing. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional.

Terrible place, gave us a room with a broken shower. (Said maintenance would look into it in it 40 mins, knew it wasnt going fo be an easy fix)We asked to be moved fo a new room, aftwr being at yhebeach all day me and my children needed ahowers begire our supper reservations. was told there was nothing avaliable. I said i wanted my money back ans all of a sudden a room became available. There was no parking for us. New room has aomething sticky all over the floor and a dirty kleenex (i couldnt even complain at this point) we werw only there to sleep. No pool.never going back
