Beds were to soft got a sore back children running up and down the hallways and screaming at each other from 4 am till 10 am keeping us awake showers and bathroom dirty grout work needs bleaching and scrubbing

For the price (shoulder season but still cheap) it is a great and pretty classy hotel. Room was better than any chain brand i have stayed at, and obviously updated and refreshed. Heating/cooling system was powerful. Pool is not huge but perfect size for quiet swim. Everywhere was super clean. Free breakfast, not huge selection but very good bread pudding and warm caramel sauce in the buffet!!! Friendly staff too.

Great staff. Friendly and cordial. Beds were comfortable. Overall a quiet hotel. Breakfast included ! Breakfast buffet. We were there for 3 nights and looked forward to the breakfast choices which, some changed, each day! The dining staff were friendly and enjoyed serving the guests.

We didn't like the first room and changed room where the TV doesn't work. We changed room again and this room look exactly like the one shown on social media. Staff was very patient and professional.

Property is located in Summerside an hours drive from the airport.There is limited public transportation and it is advisable to get a rental because there is no public transportation from Charlottetown on the weekends if you want to see the sights and surrounding beaches.The property is clean offers free parking and employees were friendly.Furniture is dated but the free hot breakfast is nice

Staff were extremely friendly when we checked in and explained the amenities of the motel. The room was spacious, with a beautiful king sized bed. It had a large tub which was nice after a long day of travel. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. Excellent coffee, and bread pudding!

Good view of the bay - our room was huge consisting of living room - bedroom and bath. Breakfast was good but plates needed to be heated otherwise your food cooled very quickly. The staff were very helpful and pleasant - especially at breakfast.

I always stay at the Loyalist when in Summerside for work. It's a beautiful spot. I wish the restaurant was open when I'm there, that would be convenient but I believe it opens up in June. Staff was friendly, room was clean. I would definitely stay again and again.
