Excellent stay however when we entered the room it was 80 degrees!! Repairman showed up and couldn't fix the furnace so he opened the windows which cooled the room enough to have a comfortable stay.

Staff at front desk and in breakfast room were wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Location overlooking the harbour was great. Only negative is the downtown area itself; many stores were boarded up and dining was limited.

We knew when we got to the front door, we were in trouble with the hotel we picked! Doors stuck and were so dirty. This hotel needs major work, looks tired. Furniture looks like it got picked up at a 2nd hand store, window screen was ripped. Ladies at the reception were absolutely wonderful and when we asked to cancel our 2nd evening they were so helpful. We did have to stay that first night because of the cancellation rules.
