This was definitely nicer than i expected from Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, smells nice, modern rooms, spacious, mediocre breakfast. The only complaint was the bed was too hard and i didnt care for the pillows so i didnt sleep well.

Our room was run down although clean on the bottom floor and noisy. Our hotel room door was not easy to shut and had to double check that it was latched shut.There was a non operational exit door that was tied shut. The bed frame was loud and possibly broken. The floor was improperly installed in a part of the room. The bathroom shower/tub was poorly resurfaced and the shower curtain was old and tattered along with the shower curtain rod close to falling down. You could hear other toilets flushing and showers draining/ running water. The breakfast was hot and fresh, the breakfast area was clean well kept and supervised. Not pleased with the priced I paid for a 2 night stay. I’ve stayed in better bestwesterns for cheaper.

A letdown to be sure..

Checked in with pet ,”pet friendly room “ At very end of corridor ( no problem) Outside door slamming all night (big problem) dog is startled , we all can’t sleep ! Bathroom was less than OK , grubby tile grout , yuck … Breakfast was ok , coffee machines not working .

While the person who checked me in was very nice, the first impression I had was that she was wearing a very dirty apron. All seemed ok until I walked into the room. The smell was like a hospital room. Overpowering medicinal smell along with the smell of the cheapest cleaners possible. My stay was during the bomb cyclone and I still opened my window to be able to breathe.
