The suites are very large and spacious. I appreciated the towel turn in service during our stay. The front desk went out of their way to assist my husband who was working while we were in Door County.

Kitchen was clean and well stocked and the room was spacious and clean. The pool area was well maintained and safe. Staff was really nice.

The room has an old or burnt smell in it. The smell was in all the rooms and on the bedding as well. The rooms were basic clean like spot cleaning but not a deep clean. It appears to not get cleaned often. We stayed in the same exact room we stayed in last year and it was the same condition. The patio is filled with dirt and spider webs so you cannot enjoy it. The rooms are dusty and have spider webs in the corners as well. The place is nice, small and appears family owned but a little more attention would do this place extremely well. Especially with it outdated and older resort/hotel.

The coffee pot took 45 minutes to make a pot of coffee. The living room could use a couple of blankets or throws to make it more cozy. We really enjoyed our time there though. The views from the rooms were beautiful! Very enjoyable atmosphere and we felt completely relaxed and safe.

The best thing about our stay was the shower in our room. The bed was rock hard. My husband woke up with a backache every morning and I didn't even sleep in the bed I slept in the chair all weekend. We have stayed at this place every year for about 6 years and I have to say this was so disappointing that we will be finding another place to stay next summer. The used to offer complimentary beverages in the lobby but have now taken that away.

The hotel location is great and overlooks the water. The inside of the hotel if very dated with the carpet looking dirty in the rooms.The shower is very small. There is no restaurant on site. The pool and the hot tub were nice. This could be a great property if they would just update the rooms.
