"I was impressed from the moment I arrived. I was very tired and it was nice that my room was very clean and I could just go right to bed in a comfy space. An amazing buffet breakfast was waiting for me with smiling faces and people ready to help or get me what I needed, but not in a fake way Just in a genuine way. Lynn was the front desk person who was there most of the time I stayed and she impressed me several times! My potty wouldn't flush and I went to use the one in the hallway and she was not having that! She offered to change my room, but first got in there and figured out what the problem was and it was a simple fix of a little chain being undone inside the tank. She said to please make sure everything was working in my room and to never not tell the front desk! The pool was amazing and clean with fresh towels. One night I came in late and went straight to my room, and a man was on duty, and he politely asked if I needed help because he did not know if I was staying there or not. I showed him my key and told him I was staying there. I told him I appreciated the safety precaution… I could have been a total stranger Just walking in to the hotel with no one even asking. But he did! I will absolutely stay here again! Excellent!!!!!"
