Completely Renovated Historic Home in the Heart of the Berkshires

Our home was completely renovated in 2017. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area where the table seats 6, with extra seating for 2 more at the kitchen peninsula. Sliders open from the dining room to the screened in porch. The living room features a gas fireplace, a TV with cable and WiFi, and seating on two couches, one of which opens to a queen sized bed. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs has its own full bath, one with a washer and dryer. Relax on our porch and enjoy the stream that runs behind our private back yard. Great location on a quiet street in the Glendale neighborhood of Stockbridge.

This was the perfect place for our girl's weekend away. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. It was convenient not to have to worry about bringing bath towels or bedding. It's centrally located to surrounding towns. Would highly recommend to others.

Lovely berkshires property

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean home near butternut mountain. It was well equipped and we loved our time together by the fire after skiing. We’d love to come back in the summer to use the screened porch!

Great place.

Clean and chic. The house is a perfect getaway spot. The back screened in porch is great for morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. The kitchen is a big and comfortable for cooking. The location is great too. 4 min from Stockbridge and close to routes north and south but also private on a quiet road. Chesterwood is a 5 min walk away. As is Norman Rockwell Museum.

Amazing home close to all winter activities

Perfect home for a family of 4 looking for easy access to Butternut, Catamount, and Jiminy Peak ski areas. The property manager was responsive and made the entire process very simple. The home is updated and very well kept. Cant wait to revisit!

Beautiful new luxury cottage

We stayed for 3 nights and visited the local area as well as Ski Butternut. The house was amazing, very new and luxurious inside and was a welcome treat to come home to each afternoon. Highly recommended and would stay again if it wasn’t so far from Australia!

My wife and I have booked many wonderful places through VRBO over the years spanning several countries and places in the US. This stay equals the best that we have experienced. What a wonderful place to experience the Berkshires. Nestled in the plush foliage of Mass., yet mere minutes by foot or car from all of the attractions that Stockbridge and the surrounding areas have to offer. The house has been completely remodeled, with exquisite taste. Hardwood floors, contemporary kitchen fully equipped, comfortable furniture and high-end hotel beds are only the start. The house is perfectly designed for casual living and the craftsmanship is hard to miss. From the large screened-in back porch that overlooks the woods with its enthralling brook, to its cozy gas fireplace and living room, to its large two bathrooms with tiled walk in showers, to its new laundry appliances with all the essentials at one's disposal, this house has everything needed to feel at home and have one needs satisfied. My wife and I are seniors who came with another couple. Our sentiments about this rental are unanimous. These accommodations greatly enhanced our experience in the Berkshires and will be our first choice when we return. This rental deserves a five star rating. Alexandra has created a terrific environment with this house that is both inviting and functional in every respect. If you are planning a stay in this lovely area near to so many attractions and outdoor opportunities, then you should seriously consider this rental.

Perfectly clean and comfortable space for a weekend away for my family of four.

Beautifully renovated home with all the comforts needed to cook and relax. Family movie night was a success and we loved the peace of the screen porch and babbling brook out back.We appreciated all the thought to functionality and aesthetic that is present in the home. Amazing location close to Norman Rockwell Museum, Chesterwood (favorite), and Botanical Gardens. We love apple picking at Bartlett’s Orchard and had a great ramble at Mass Audubon Pleasant Valley preserve. Lenox village was a fun walk-about with a great lunch at Haven. Easy communication with owner prior to arriving and all was as expected. Would return without hesitation!

Beautifully renovated and tastefully appointed home in a quiet and convenient location.
