The first room was not cleaned I went back to desk and they got us in a room that was clean. Bed wasn't the most comfortable besides that it was a good place to stay.

Woman with snooty voice called me to say that they would not have a room for me at 11.03 PM I was running late for check in - but HAD CALLED EARIER to say that I was going to be late for checkin - my previous call to them was at 9 I have a witness who heard me call about being late for check in I booked and paid for the room in advance Worst attitude ever from the woman who called She denied that I had called earlier in the day She also said some BS about not enough cleaning staff to get the room ready

Was very impressed with the room, bed was absolutely comfortable and room overall was very clean. Breakfast had many options, just wish we would have made it up sooner so it was fresher. I was very impressed with all the complimentary items they have. Make up remover wipes, dove shampoo/conditioner/lotion/ ect. Will definitely stay again

Where was the cook?

No coffee maker in room? Breakfast was a mess. The cook did not show up. Juice machine empty. No butter, no yogurts. A pancake machine but no batter. Many things empty or missing. Told the truck didn’t show up.

hotel was very clean and staff was great good location off the hwy but we had a room facing the hwy and it was noisy couldnt sleep very well but im a very light sleeper.the rooms were great and the pool was nice but a bit small if hwy noise effects your sleep request a room away from the hwy
