Their breakfast was not good no matter what time we went to eat. They would have one of each item or none at all. We stay here a lot and this is the first time it was disappointing.

It's a good place to book for a quick stay. I called on a package that arrived a day after I left; the guy who took my call was rude. I asked about the status of my package and he had no clue. I had filled out a form to have it re-shipped. Communication needs to be better among staff to ensure a good follow-up experience.

Nice Baymont inn stay

I stayed here for a business trip. The room was reasonably priced and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Plenty of charging ports for phones and tablets, lots of channels on the TV. Pool and work out rooms and a decent breakfast was provided.

The first room we were given had several broken items in it and a bad smell. When the cover over the light fixture fall off we asked to a different room The second room was little better, the fire alarm was pull off the wall and hanging by its wires. We will not stay there again.

Our stay was amazing!! When I checked in, they gave me a different room right next to the side door so we could take our dog out!! And it was closest to the spa. They were so wonderful! The breakfast was yummy too. Is this a luxury hotel? Obviously not. But it was exactly what we needed, and the staff was caring and thoughtful and we had an excellent experience.

The staff was excellent. I cannot praise them more for all the friendliness, politeness and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. The hotel was obviously not new but it was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Easy access to main roads and restaurants. I would usr this hotel again the next time I am in this area.

The property is in a convenient location to the hwy (although there is major road construction currently going on) and to gas. Also there are some dining options which are walkable. The staff at check in was pleasant, the bed was comfortable however the signal for both the tv and the wifi were weak and had some issues. The property itself is in need of either a refresh or an update. The breakfast options were minimal. Overall alright but not someplace I would stay again.
