Great Stay!

We stayed for a long weekend of skiing and were very pleased with the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable, lots of space and a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again at this location.

Great location

We loved this property, not only was it a quick walk to the base, but the parking situation was amazing. You just walked out the front door to your car in a covered garage. Also, you could walk out your patio direct to the pool. Bedrooms and kitchen were well appointed with sheets, pots and pans, etc and the beds we comfortable. We would stay here again. The only issue is there was a crack in the window. However, the property manager came over to fix it promptly.

Spring break ski trip

This was our second time at the Terraces but first in this unit. We had a great time! The bungalow was excellent- the kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and lots of space for our crew. Bonus was the direct access to the unit from the garage and easy access to the pool and hot tub!

Good value for money

Property was listed accurately. More dishes than any other property we have rented. Would stay here again. Short walk to slopes. Close to bus stop for trips into town. We had 3 generations on the trip & we all enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay at the Burgess Creek Bungalow

Great location to the slopes, clean and very well stocked kitchen and pantry. We were arriving early and our hosts did their best to clean the unit and accommodate us, thanks! We hope to return next season!!

Family Ski Trip

We loved the location and spaciousness of this condo. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day of skiing. We thought the convenience of gettin into the condo from the garage was nice. We also thought the proximity to ski resort was great - it was an easy walk when we didn’t take the shuttle.

Beautiful condo close to gondolas. Closest parking spot ever! The hot tub was great EXCEPT no rules or hours posted. We had a group of partiers below our bedroom window at midnight one night.

Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location is very convenient to the mountain and shopping, and we never waited for the shuttle more than 10 minutes. A few of us even walked to base with skis a few times. Pool looked really nice but we did not use it. We were a little taken aback that the front door to unit is actually in the parking garage, and the carpet could use a refresh, but other than that we fully enjoyed our stay. Management was very nice and easy instructions to get into unit. would book again.

Great Location

Great location and proximity to ski area. Nice trails and shuttle service available to the base of ski area. Condo has everything you might need. Overall comfortable. Only recommendation would be to upgrade bedding, beds, linens & towels. Decor was a little tired. Carpet upstairs needs to be replaced. It’s quite dirty. A few of the drawers in the kitchen don’t shut and open properly. Blinds are worn and screens in bedrooms were bent and non operational. The entry from the garage was a great plus and private entrance to the pool area. Would have been nice to use but, was covered in snow and we didn’t feel like shoveling the sidewalk.

Family Event and Summer Getaway

An incredibly convenient, clean, and well managed property for our family getaway this August in Steamboat. Was great to be steps from the condo complex's pool. We appreciated the serene atmosphere and easy access to walking trails.

Excellent condo and location. Best stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glass and silver ware, utensils) we’ve experienced. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Had some issues with the shuttle service but got straightened out once we let the property manager know. Very happy with the unit and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Ski week.

The pictures show it well. It's on the "ground" level, with the front door actually right in the garage. The benefit of this set up is that the pool/hottub is right outside the patio door. The gondola is a 10 minute walk down the path and easy to get to. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance too. One minor annoyance was that we had ants in the kitchen :(. We lost some groceries and had to spend more time cleaning than we would have liked. Nonetheless, would book again.

Wonderful Condo for a Group

The property owner provides great details regarding the property, parking, shuttle access and check in/check out prior to arrival. The condo itself is a perfect set up for a family or group with bedrooms on the upper level with kitchen/living area on the lower. The condo and all supplies are very clean and well maintained. The hot tub is just outside the back door. It’s a 10 min walk from the Gondala or a short shuttle ride. Overall a wonderful condo!

Property was clean and comfy and was super convenient and was close to everything, especially the skiing. Loved that the parking spot was directly in front of the entrance to the condo.

Great location, Nicely furnished

The condo was well furnished with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It was very clean. The location was about a six minute walk to the Gondala. Note that there is only one designated parking space. There is parking in front of the condos but the sign says “ permit required”. There are no permits provided. The management company said we could park there without a permit, but I didn’t feel very comfortable with that. Management should provide some temporary permits.

Love and Wedding Fun in Steamboat C0

The Burgess Bungalow was perfect. There were 5 adults and the place was accommodating and in a perfect location for us. All appliances worked well. There were sufficient kitchen items, washer dryer iron all the amenities we needed. We were comfortable and the weather was perfect for the outdoor wedding!
