Beautiful property and great for a group of friends

Great setup. Check-in was easy and we loved staying there. Access to the shuttle was awesome. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay for all our family adventures. Pool and hot tub are right next door and we often we the only ones using it! So great that all the rooms had their own baths attached.

Great ski house for ski trip

Group of us rented the house, the shuttle system throughout the town was awesome and picks up and drops off at the front door. Plenty of room, clean, and really easy communication with the host, who get back to you very fast with any questions.

Spring ski trip

Great property. Open and bright. Good location and shuttle service. Hot tub old but works great and super close to property. Longtime steamboat visitor would def stay here again.

Great space and something for everyone!

The layout was perfect for families. Easy shuttle to the mountain and great book of directions/suggestions in the unit. Excellent communication with property manager. Highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway spot

The pictures don't do this place justice. Much larger than you expect and perfect for a group of adults or families. We accidentally put the fireplace out and the management company was super quick to respond and fix it. Would recommend

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful time at Steamboat. The Condo was in a great place. House was clean and spacious. A ski shuttle ran continuously to the resort. The area was pretty quiet. The set up was nice for our family. Only downside was that in the living room there were only 5 places to sit. (two chairs and a sofa).

Beautiful and spacious home! Convenient location to the slopes!

We book a ski house with a group of friends each year, and this home was perfect for our long weekend! We enjoyed the spacious rooms, heated floors and equipped kitchen. It was also a huge treat to have a bathroom with each bedroom! We used the community hot tub which was amazing after a day on the slopes. The VIP shuttle to/from the gondola was very convenient. Also, the stop for the free bus to town was a short walk away. I highly recommend this home for large groups or families!

Company Outing

This home in Steamboat exceeded our expectations. Our company marketing team was in town as a sponsor of a local cycling event and this beautiful home checked all of the boxes. It was very clean, and with bedrooms on 3 floors, there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and the amenities inside the home and on the property were perfect. I will definitely come back again to bring my family here for a Steamboat Get-Away!

Amazing

We had the most amazing trip. Thanks to itrip all of our needs were met plus more. The home is spectacular and more than enough room for our group of 10. We did have an issue with a neighbor because we had smaller kids 10 and 13 in the pool allday but they handled that very well too. We will definitely book with itrip from now on for all our vacations

Holiday Ski Trip

Our group of 7 spent a week at The Mountaineer over Christmas break. Working with iTrip was seamless and very easy. We loved the proximity to the mountain (the shuttle service picked us up and dropped us off right outside the garage); and 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was nice as well. Overall the accommodations suited us -- on the downside: kitchen supplies were lacking and pretty beat up; and the living room really only comfortably sat 4 or 5 adults.

Really nice property

Well furnished. Tons of space. Great location. Easy check in. Highly recommended. We have stayed in numerous units in Steamboat over the years and this place is right at the top of the list. Beware the older couple that have appointed themselves as the pool police for the property. Here’s an idea. Don’t live in the touristy part of Steamboat if you don’t like tourists. Plus, I’ve lived in Colorado far longer than you, so just go back to Texas if you don’t like the crowd.

There were 9 of us staying in the condo as part of a family reunion. The unit was very nice and perfectly arranged for us. Because we were getting together with other family members we didn’t spend much time there. One thing that could be improved upon is the cookware; it was very old. In the master suite lamps on the nightstands would be a big improvement. When we had a couple of maintenance issues, they were very quickly solved by the rental company. I hope they get the glass cooktop replaced soon as it was somewhat inconvenient working around the crack. All in all I recommend the condo.

Excellent property and location

We stayed here for my parents 50th anniversary. There were 3 couples and three children (11,7,5) and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was a big bonus. The pool is right across the street and there is parking for two cars. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and laundry accessories and we played many of the games in the house. As others mentioned, there are neighbors who live there permanently and they will not hesitate to give feedback. When responding with kindness there were no issues. There are a lot of steps inside the home so for those with mobility issues, this may be a challenge and no AC. I imagine the AC wouldn’t be needed much but it was a bit warm in the evenings before bed. Several fans were available which helped. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The property team were super responsive and helpful.
