Urban Street Duplex – is 8 BD / 6.5 BA home (two adjoining 4 BD / 3.5 BA), enjoying double of everything! With connecting doors on every level but the ground floor. Boasting easy flow from one space to the next, as if in one big 8-bedroom house and sleeping up to 17 people.

This duplex is newly built, completed in fall 2023, offering modern interiors and finishes, fun and funky decorated spaces, and spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and alfresco dining. Perfect for entertaining and relaxing in beautiful Colorado through winter or summer!
