"This cabin was perfect! So peaceful with an amazing view. Everything was clean and updated. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed. 10 minutes from fairy stone state park for a few hiking trails. Greg is a great communicator. We would love to return! "

"Due to a major winter storm that hit this area, we were not able to make this trip. I reached out to the property owner at the beginning of the week to see if they would work with us to reschedule for another weekend, as my husband and I were excited to stay at this property. I was told that they were booked up, which in reviewing their calendar.....that was not the fact. I never once asked for my money back, just to reschedule. Property owner stated that they need to adhere to cancellation policy and we could schedule another reservation for another weekend and they could provide a discount rate. SO I was being asked to pay rent this property twice.....so unprofessional.While I understand rules must be followed, I was very dissatisfied and felt that I was lied when I was told all other weekends were taken. In fact, I know that the owner COULD HAVE worked with me to change this to another weekend. I have a family member who also uses VRBO for his properties and has done this for rentors before. If you chooses to stay at this property or other properties owned by this person, be mindful that if unforeseen circumstances happen, they are not willing to work with you."

"The host had great communication with us about check-in and checkout. My GPS took us to the wrong place. It was a little challenging to see the road signs at night so my advice is to arrive during the daylight. The cabin was perfect for a romantic mountain getaway. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace on a cold winter weekend. Meadows of Dan is quaint."
