This is an older property that might be on the upswing, but they have work to do. We had a problem where the TV in our room would pixilate every 30 seconds or so, which made it unwatchable. The staff worked hard to get us to a room that did not have this problem, so kudos to them. The "continental breakfast" offered in the morning was a joke.

Requested smoking room but no ashtrays were available in the room and there were numerous burn marks on furniture and tub.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you didn't not have an ashtray in you room, we do have extras at the front desk, but for some unknown reason our ashtrays disappear, as far as the burns that seems to happen in smoking rooms because people do not let us know they do not have an ashtray. One of the worst experiences! The bathroom tub haf cigarette burns, the bathroom door was riddled with holes, as if someone deliberately put them there. The DISH network constantly would blink out, I had to contact the front desk, due to the noiseiness and loud music from the patrons next door. The room reaked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there for any reason. The best thing about the place was that Biscuitville is across the street.

There was a lot of discarded furniture and trash scarttered throughout the property. Staff were friendly and helpful.
