The home was nice and located in a quiet area. It was pretty accurate to the photos and was well stocked. Views from the deck were fantastic. Plenty of seating options in the living room/kitchen area. The listing could use more details about things like there being two units in the home (upper and lower) and inclusions (linens, toiletries, beach gear, etc.) as well as note things like there is only AC in the bedrooms (which was fine had we been able to leave the sliding doors open to catch the breeze). We had issues for 2.5-3 days with the WiFi/TV and refrigerator not working even though there is a generator on site. The host was mostly great with communication, but there were times with lapses in responses to specific concerns (WiFi and refrigerator) and we didn't receive checkout instructions until the morning of departure when we had to be out of the house very early to catch our flight home. Our biggest frustration was not receiving even a basic apology that the WiFi and refrigerator were down for 50% of the trip and we had to throw away food.All of the screens on the sliding doors were missing or torn (host noted previous tenant raised this issue). **Some hooks in the bathrooms for towels would be super helpful. The semi-outdoor shower was cool, but it rained at some point every day rendering the closet bar unusable since anything hung on it was getting wet.
