Mauvais depart. L'hÎtesse daccueil minforme que jai ete facturé 2 fois. Jai demandé dannuler voire me rembourser lune des 2. Sa reponse: je ne peux rien. Cest le logiciel de reservation. Voyez avec le proprietaire . Je sais bien qu'elle pouvez refuser une des 2 facturations ou me rembourser. Comment fait elle quand une reservation faite en surbooking.
