Fantastic property in great small FL town

If ratings allowed higher than 5, this home would be a 7+. Could not of been happier with the immaculate condition of the property and amenities. Everything one needs from iron to beach chairs, umbrella, toaster, etc... The patio set outback was a great place to take phone calls and visit with interesting & fun neighbors. Dunedin (location) goes without saying. Clearly the property was recently renovated and had all the right conveniences. Emperor Rental communication, wow, outstanding. Great reminders, super friendly and responsive. In all, the month went by too fast and we cannot wait to review opportunity to visit again.

Downtown Dunedin cute apartment

Great apartment that is an easy walk to downtown Dunedin to shop, go to the outdoor market, listen to music, or grab a bite to eat. Very clean, cute and quiet apartment! Nicely remodeled! Property manager was great! Would absolutely rent again!

Perfect beach themed Cottage for 2!

This cottage is the perfect place for two with a quaint beach decor!!! It has every amenity including a nice tray of snacks on the counter when you arrive! In a few minutes you can walk to downtown Dunedin to the breweries, awesome restaurants, waterfront shops, and the Pinellas trail. A short drive away is Honeymoon Island Beach! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautifully restored to perfection! It was cozy and loved the way it was decorated. Everything very thought out and considerate of their guests. Hop, skip and jump to fabulous Dunedin! Wish I had more time there. Would absolutely stay here again.👍🏻👍🏻

Dunedin getaway

We enjoyed this little cottage. It is in a convenient location close to downtown. Clean, updated and very nice inside. Everything you need plus snacks were left for us too! The only drawback was the front door lock wasn't working properly during our stay.
